International Conference for Butterfly Exhibitors & Suppliers 2011
October 4-7, 2011 Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada
It is with great pleasure that we look forward to hosting ICBES 2011 this coming October. It seems so far away but as we know, time has a way of flying by all too quickly. As we prepare for your arrival, we hope that you will take the time to consider what you can bring to the conference. No matter how great a venue is or how well a program schedule is arranged, the success of any conference is in the sharing of our collective knowledge. We are excited to facilitate this opportunity to support our industry and look to you for presentation submissions or leadership for roundtable discussion.
Areas of interest for presentation and discussion are, but not limited to:
- Conservation – Local, Abroad and Breeder contributions
- An opportunity for exhibitors and breeders to share local and global butterfly conservation projects, their goals, challenges and outcomes.
- Is Butterflying Sustainable
- Sustainability in the industry as a whole (what it means, how we can support it, and getting thatmessage out to our visitors)
- Visitor numbers, costs, new greenhouse technologies, etc.
- New Exhibits
- Specific needs of the butterflies; How to get the most out of the species you exhibit.
